Head to the design lab and choose the product you want to order. Use the “design now” button to select your favorite colors and components and add it to the cart. Complete the checkout process to submit your design. Customer service will capture your design selections and then contact you to schedule your fitting and complete the quoting process.

The designer is a fun and easy way to create the perfect product before you place your order. Choose from over 30 unique color options and choose components to create your fully custom equipment.

HOW TO USE THE DESIGNER

You can locate order forms in the description of the product you are interested in. The order forms will include pricing and all available options including upgrade options.

Top End offers industry leading production times. Our typical timeline is 30 days or less for the Sport Series chairs, recreational handcycles, Athlite and Crossfire. 60 days or less for competitive handcycles, and 90 days or less for racing wheelchairs. Production times may vary during peak season. Customer service will provide specific boxing dates, so you know exactly when to expect your order.

Sure! Adding Rush Production will incur an additional fee starting at $250. Any rush order must be approved by production management and is not decided by customer service. Contact Customer Service with details of your needs and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Registering your product will link your product to your account for seamless support for maintenance and upkeep. View the warranty, and gain access to parts books and user manuals.
