Arelle Middleton

Arelle Middleton is a rising American para track and field star, specializing in shot put and discus in the F64/F44 classification. Born with congenital femoral deficiency, Middleton is also a skilled wheelchair basketball player. She made her Paralympic debut at the 2024 Paris Games at age 16, winning a silver medal in women’s shot put F64 and establishing herself as one of Team USA’s most promising young athletes. Middleton has also medaled at the World Para Athletics Championships and continues to compete at high levels in both track and field and adaptive sports.
