Head to the design lab and choose the product you want to order. Use the “design now” button to select your favorite colors and components and add it to the cart. Complete the checkout process to submit your design. Customer service will capture your design selections and then contact you to schedule your fitting and complete the quoting process. If you aren’t ready to do a design and want to schedule a fitting first, please select the “schedule a fitting” button below.

Top End offers industry leading production times. Our typical timeline is 30 days or less for the Sport Series chairs, recreational handcycles, Athlite and Crossfire. 60 days or less for competitive handcycles, and 90 days or less for racing wheelchairs. Production times may vary during peak season. Customer service will provide specific boxing dates, so you know exactly when to expect your order.

Sure! Adding Rush Production will incur an additional fee starting at $250. Any rush order must be approved by production management and is not decided by customer service. Contact Customer Service with details of your needs and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with the product received, please contact customer service to discuss options and we will be happy to assist in correcting or repairing any issues.
