- How to Schedule a Fitting.:
- By customizing your chair, adding it to the cart, and compeleting the checkout process will trigger Top End Customer Service to reach out to you to schedule a fitting and start the quoting process.
- What should I bring for my fitting?:
- You will want to plan for about an hour and bring a tape measurer to your fitting. If you can have a helper or bring your current equipment that is helpful.
- Where is the fitting held?:
- All fittings are held virtually. You will receive a link that will allow you to log into your fitting . If you want to travel to Florida for an in person fitting please let customer service know and we will be happy to schedule you.
- Is Finanacing Available?:
- Yes! Customer Service will provide you a completed quote after your fitting that will tell you the final amount due. If you choose to finance, we will provide a link to checkout and apply for Affirm Financing.
- Do I need a fitting to apply for a grant?:
- Typically, yes. You will want a finalized quote to present in your grant application.
